Vintage framed art print of “The Wishing Well” by Sir William Russell Flint (1880–1969), the noted British watercolorist known for his elegant figurative scenes and European architectural settings.
The composition depicts a young woman beside an old stone wishing well, surrounded by sunlit rustic architecture. Flint's soft watercolor palette and use of light give the scene a warm, romantic Mediterranean character.
The print retains the artist's printed facsimile signature within the image and is identified on the reverse by an older handwritten label reading “The Wishing Well by William Russell Flint.” This example is presented under glass with a wide neutral mat and an ornate gold-tone frame.
