At Another's Treasures 4 U, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused (applies to new products)
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging

Please contact us before sending any item back. Since our products ship from different fulfillment partners, we'll provide the appropriate return instructions after reviewing your request.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved returns will generally be issued as store credit, allowing you to shop any item available on our website.

Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • Can be used on future purchases
  • Will be issued once the returned item has been approved

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll work with you to provide the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund where required.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We'll review the issue promptly and work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of use (applies to new products, refer to our return policy for used vintage products)
  • Items returned without prior authorization

 

Used, Vintage & Collectible Items

Due to the unique nature of these items, each product is sold as described and photographed. Returns will only be accepted if an item arrives damaged or is significantly different from its description. If a return is approved for any reason other than damage or an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were shipped.


Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
