“Snow In The Smokies” is a vintage signed limited-edition wildlife print by Gerald Fraize, published by Fraize Wildlife Prints Inc. as part of its Wildlife Series.
This beautifully detailed winter scene depicts a raccoon resting among snow-covered rocks, rendered with particularly fine detail throughout the animal’s fur, face and markings. The muted blues, grays, greens and natural earth tones give the work a classic wildlife-art presentation.
The lower margin identifies the work as “Snow In The Smokies,” Plate V and Limited Edition 698 of 750. The print is pencil signed by Gerald Fraize, and the artwork itself bears the G. Fraize signature. A small raccoon illustration appears alongside the signature area.
