Every Christmas village needs its church, and St. John Church is a beauty — a Gothic-style porcelain church in cream and slate blue with a tall clock tower and spire, arched stained-glass windows, twin brick chimneys, and red double doors dressed with Christmas wreaths. The name is lettered over the door, exactly as Lemax made it: "St. John Church."
The underside is molded "© LEMAX 2001" — the maker and year are in the porcelain itself. The church measures about 9 inches tall × 7 inches wide × 5 inches deep (approximate).
