The platform every Dickens Village railway scene is missing. This Victoria Station Train Platform (#5575-1) is a hand-painted porcelain accessory from Department 56's Heritage Village Collection, copyright 1989 and made in Taiwan: a long cobblestone platform under a green canopy roof, signed "Platform No. 1" on one side and "Platform No. 2" on the other, with an octagonal ticket booth at its center.
This example is new old stock — new in its original Department 56 box, opened only for photographs. The box shows light storage wear consistent with its age. The platform is the companion piece for the Victoria Station building and a natural fit for any Dickens Village railway display.
