The Weston Train Station is an early New England Village piece from Department 56's Heritage Village Collection — a hand-painted porcelain railroad station on its wooden platform, with a red shingle roof and snow patches, white siding with blue trim, a wreath on the wall, a red bench, and the WESTON STATION sign over the front.
Introduced in December 1987 and retired in December 1989, it is one of the early retired buildings in the series. This example is in excellent vintage condition, exceptionally well preserved with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs, and it comes with its original red New England Village hangtag and the original light cord. The bulb and the electrical operation have not been verified.
