Product Details
Walpole Tailors is the village tailor, rendered by Department 56 for the Dickens' Village Series in hand-painted porcelain. The two-story shop wears a navy-blue roof with snow accents and twin brick chimneys over a cream stucco facade, with bay windows, a deep-blue door, WALPOLE over the shopfront and TAILORS down the side — and it glows warmly when lit.
Introduced in 1988 and retired in 1993, this Heritage Village Collection building is one of the Merchant Shops group of Dickens' Village storefronts. This example is in excellent vintage condition and includes the original Heritage Village Collection booklet and a NEW replacement light cord and bulb.
