The C. H. Watt Physician is a Dickens' Village piece from Department 56's Heritage Village Collection — a tall, narrow stone physician's residence in hand-painted porcelain, with a red tile roof and tall chimney, a ground-floor surgery bay window, and the C.H. Watt Residence sign beside the front door.
Dated 1990, this example is in excellent vintage condition and comes with its matching original retail box, plus a new replacement light cord and a new replacement bulb.
