Every piece at Another's Treasures 4 U is vintage or antique, one of a kind, and sold exactly as described and photographed.
Please shop carefully. These items have lived long lives, and normal vintage wear — patina, gentle surface wear, and minor imperfections consistent with age and prior use — is part of each piece's character and history. It is not damage, not a defect, and not grounds for a return. Our listings photograph each piece from every angle, including its wear and flaws, and the photographs are part of the description. If you have any question about condition, size, or detail, contact us before purchasing — we're glad to help you decide.
Because our pieces are unique and often fragile, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or wear that is consistent with the listing's description and photographs.
The one exception: if your piece arrives broken in transit, or is materially different from what the listing described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We stand behind our descriptions and our packing, and we will make it right.
If a return is authorized by us in writing, the piece must be shipped back in its original packaging within 7 days, and return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility. Returns sent without prior written authorization will be refused.
