Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Since our products are fulfilled by different fulfillment partners, each return must be approved in advance. Once your return request has been reviewed, we'll provide you with the appropriate return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label or return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or may not be eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, we'll provide the appropriate return instructions based on the supplier handling your order.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.
