Add a charming piece of Victorian England to your Christmas village with this vintage Department 56 Dickens' Village Series "Wm. Wheat Cakes & Puddings," introduced in December 1993 and retired in December 1996.
This hand-painted porcelain bakery is one of the three Pump Lane Shoppes, with a steep brown shingle roof dusted with snow, twin dormer windows, and one very tall brick chimney. The stone and red-brick walls carry green-trimmed windows and hand-painted shop signs — "Wm. Wheat Cakes" on one side of the gabled porch and "& Puddings" on the other — above an orange plank door hung with a Christmas wreath.
Wm. Wheat Cakes & Puddings is part of the Heritage Village Collection and makes a wonderful addition to an established Dickens' Village display or a thoughtful gift for a Department 56 collector.
This example is in mint condition and includes a new replacement lighting cord with an LED bulb. Please note: the original retail box is not included.

Condition: Mint vintage condition, as shown in the photographs. Clean, bright paint throughout — the brickwork, stonework, roof snow, window trim, and painted signs all present beautifully. A new replacement lighting cord and bulb are included.
