Free Shipping Eligibility
Free Shipping applies only to products that are marked as eligible for Flat Rate Shipping.
Products that use Carrier-Calculated Shipping are not eligible for the Free Shipping promotion, regardless of the order value.
If your order contains both Flat Rate Shipping products and Carrier-Calculated Shipping products, shipping charges will be calculated separately.
For example:
- Flat Rate Shipping products may qualify for FREE Shipping if your order meets the minimum threshold.
- Carrier-Calculated Shipping products will always be charged based on the supplier's available shipping rates at checkout.
This means that even if your order total exceeds $50 (or any Free Shipping threshold), any Carrier-Calculated Shipping products included in the order will still incur their applicable shipping charges.
